Opening a Shared Calendar in Outlook
- Launch Outlook on your computer.
- Navigate to the calendar section of Outlook by clicking on the calendar icon at the bottom of the navigation pane.
Click on the Open Calendar icon on the Ribbon menu at the top of the screen.
- This creates a drop-down menu. Click on Open Shared Calendar…
On the little windows that pops up, enter the name of the calendar you want to access. (for my congregational care peeps, type in Congregational Care) and click the OK button.
- For my Congregational Care peeps, you will get the message, “Microsoft Outlook found more than one ”Congregational Care". Choose the first one.
- The new calendar will pop up next to any active calendars you have.
