Switching to another phone number

Our deskside phones are actually computers. And as such they can switch between users. This means that once you login to your phone, the phone will show your details and your voice mails.

To switch to another phone number.

Click on the Features soft key

Used the arrow keys to scroll to Phone User…

Press the OK button OR press the soft key under the Select tab

scroll down to Login…

extension: type in the last 4 digits of your phone number

Press the Next soft key

Security Pin: Found in LastPass

press the Done soft key

There will be a message that retrieval failed. This is a lie. Please ignore it. It will go away.
