Sending a form to be filled out securely | File Request Function
Sometimes you need a parishioner, volunteer, potential hire, registrants, contractor to send to you a document or documents that contains:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- is of a sensitive nature, or
- the documents are rather large to send via email.
In today’s highly hackable environment, sending this type of information via email is not secure or in the case of file size, may not make it through the email server filters. There is a way to have someone send a document to you that is secure, easy, and zero cost to TFCA. It is the File Request function.
With File Request, you can send a link to someone, and they use the link to send a file or files back to you to the OneDrive folder you designate. The sender can’t see any of the other files or folders in the that folder.
