Troubleshooting Latimer AV issues

If you see the status message in the upper, right-hand corner but no picture

Check

  • Was the HDMI cable plugged into the wrong HDMI port on the docking station (Do not use the HDMI port labeled 4K)
  • Reset the HD Base T device under the tableĀ 
  • The HDMI cable has gone bad. There are extra HDMI cables in the server room.

If you see the status message in the center of the TV but no picture

  • reset HD BaseT device behind the TV (ye s- you must stand on the credenza)
  • The HDMI cable from HD Base T device to HDMI port has gone bad. There are extra HDMI cables in the server room.

TV is flashing colors

  • reset the HD Base T under table.
