To convert a .HEIC file to a .jpg file on a PC (Windows 10 or later):
Open the .HEIC file in the Windows Photos app.
Once the image is open, click on the three dots (menu icon).
Select Save as from the dropdown menu.
Choose .jpg as the file format in the Save as type dropdown.
Click Save button to save the file as a .jpg.
