Extension cords are not permitted

Extension cords are not permitted at 6565 and 6567. The reason is that extension cords are not designed to shut off if they get too hot or to suppress an electrical surge. Both situations can result in a fire. Surge protectors are designed to prevent heat or electrical surges leading to a fire which is why we have all our computers and tech equipment on surge protectors. Even extension cords attached to a surge protector are not safe or permitted.
