Installing your TFCA email account on a smart device
To check your TFCA email on your smart device, you need to install the Microsoft Outlook app.
On an Android device
- Go to the Google Play Store
- Search for Microsoft Outlook
- Click the Install button
- When it's done installing, the button will change to an Open button, click on it.
- Go through the sign in process using your TFCA email address and your network password.
On an Apple (iPad, iPhone) device
- Go to the App Store icon
- Search for Microsoft Outlook
- Tap the Download button
- If prompted, use Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password to confirm.
- Once installed, tap Open, or find the Outlook icon on your home screen.
- When prompted, enter your TFCA email address
- Follow the prompts to enter your network/laptop password
- Outlook may ask for access to your contacts, calendars, and notifications.
- Choose Allow or Don’t Allow based on your preferences (allowing access helps Outlook sync everything smoothly).
