Installing your TFCA email account on a smart device

To check your TFCA email on your smart device, you need to install the Microsoft Outlook app.

On an Android device

  • Go to the Google Play Store  
  • Search for Microsoft Outlook  
  • Click the Install button  
  • When it's done installing, the button will change to an Open button, click on it.  
  • Go through the sign in process using your TFCA email address and your network password.

On an Apple (iPad, iPhone) device

  • Go to the App Store icon 
  • Search for Microsoft Outlook
  • Tap the Download button 
  • If prompted, use Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password to confirm.
  • Once installed, tap Open, or find the Outlook icon on your home screen.
  • When prompted, enter your TFCA email address
  • Follow the prompts to enter your network/laptop password 
  • Outlook may ask for access to your contacts, calendars, and notifications.
  • Choose Allow or Don’t Allow based on your preferences (allowing access helps Outlook sync everything smoothly).
